Wierd. Link now says something like "Uploader has not made video available in your country".

Busted. Guess you are actually in the Peoples Democratic Republic of Maryland.
House of Reps recently passed a bill to remove all but GOP-voting states from the Union, so MD is now done. This explains the message.

Link works file here in good old Red-State Virginia.

If they did that in DC, the shooting part would become real, and continue for some time. Then lawyers would be handing out business cards, and the law suits would fly!
