By the looks of it $8k would be a good deal for the buyer. 912s are getting expensive and hard to find in any kind of good condition. They make great street cars and handle better than same year 911.

9 k is a lot...rocker picture shows signs of poor boddy filler...along with the wierd looking black tar seen in the under engine shot left side ...and the hose clamp on the exhaust? what else? newer seats really not a plus on a vintage car...deck lid rain shield missing...I am sure the list goes on...


not trying to trash the car...I was actually condsidering it. caveat emptor. but damn it is red and looks good.. and a porsche for less than 10K...

... and check out the wire that runs from under the dash to the door, it is actually pinched with the door shut? probably just speaker wires, but yuk, makes you wonder what else?

the wheels look like sand cast. could be wrong but they look thick in the spokes to me. Aftermarket antenna. Seats suck regardless of sales pitch on comfort. Crunchy looking fix on the rocker but what the heck it is a 40 year old un dipped car. Any car of the age would be valued based on condition and pix are hard to use for other than ok to look at more closely or run Forest run.

On the other hand there is a section of dash-10 in the motor pix. Is this to a full flow filter? Normaly it comes off the pump cover and back into the side of the 3rd peice. I don't see the one coming off the pump cover. motor looks to be in newer condition than the rest of the cars underside. Could be 5 cans of Brake Kleen or could be recent work. There might be oil on the flapper boxes. Red is not normal valve cover color but that is a so what thing for a driver. Respray done not full body apart. Can see "buy me red" paint on things like trunk lid wire and the like. Looks like the owner cared for it and the motor has some good stuff showing like top notch plug wires but also has messy ign wiring.

Is a see it and spend time to check it out car for sure. 9k is pushing it a bit IMO even if Ok to nice. Shows well in the not too sharp pix other than the owner could have cleaned it up a bit more.
