Back from the track? . . . . . How were your runs?
While coming off the track, were you able to get your helmet off in time before entering the pits? Oh, that's right . . . you need to un-do the Clip on your HANS device from the helmet first. It's not so easy with your gloves on. I know its hot and the helmet exacerbates things in the heat of summer. Try a . . . HANS QUICK CLICK - Quick Release Helmet Anchor You'll be glad you did. One pull and you're done ! Excellent Condition . . . NOW REDUCED . . . was $59 IMPROVED PRICE: $35/obo Picked up or free shipping .

IIRC, these may not be compatible with newer HANS devices. These were designed for use with HANS with a metal clip on each side which held that side's tether separately from the other side. Newer HANS use a single tether than attaches to both sides of the helmet.
The first post in this thread shows the old style: https://rennlist.com/forums/racing-a...do-i-need.html This is what the new style looks like: https://www.ogracing.com/products/ha...ing-tether-kit ed
