Oh, The Irony: Bitten by T9

So...Friday I found out that my essay for the "Porsche Passion" contest was selected as a finalist. Hooray, vote for me!porsche.promo.eprize.com/passion/

Then Sunday I proceeded to go off in T9 at Summit Point. Nut Behind the Wheel and Instructor are OK....car....not so much. Ask Antonio for details at the DE this weekend. On the plus side, I did get to ride home in that sweet "Carrera 2" of his.

Have fun at the DE this weekend, wish I could be there.

Very sory to hear about this. Good luck sorting it out. I'm sure that's no fun.

Sorry to hear that. Not that it helps much but you are not alone in the T9 club.

BlackTalon 10-25-2010 02:16 PM

Sorry to hear :( hopefully it can be made as good as new (or close). T9 has not been an issue for me, but I got bit pretty good by T10 2 years ago...

Wow, there are 4 local finalists out of 20 total: In addition to Donald, Michael from Rockville, Thomas in McLean, and Marc in Potomac. Are any of the 3 others on Dorkiphus?

Oh, and I voted for Donald's, because I liked it best.

Sorry to hear. Hope you car can be repaired and you can get back on track soon.

Bummer.. I've been an instructor spinning through T9 before so you aren't the first.

Damn. That sucks. Turn 9 has eaten more cars than any other since I have been driving Summit.

Don't tell your insurance company it happened in turn 9. ;)
