Not sure she's any more of a jerk than half the other guys out there, but she clearly doesn't realize she doesn't have the skillz to time her release of "two feet in" and the related steering correction that a lot of the NASCAR guys seem to have mastered. Exact same thing lead to her hard crash at Daytona.

Not a NASCAR person so someone please explain why everyone is so obsessed with bitching about this woman? There are plenty of drivers out there that suck. She's the only one I hear people bitching about over and over. Is it the whole "having a vagina" thing?

Larry, where are you? I think it's simply that most drivers who suck are not famous. Add to that her temper and that she's a girl and there you go.

1} She is a mid pack driver who is over-hyped by the media because of her gender.
2} 1 win in her 7 year professional career, and that was because the leader ran out of gas.
3} Bad attitude and temper. Not a likable personality.
4} Usually blames others for her poor finishes.
5} Poses in bathing suits and then says she wishes people wouldn't call her sexy.
6} Her real talent is in marketing herself, not racing.
7} Will never win a championship.
8} Many congrats to her for earning millions.

larry, i disagree.

i don't see how her being middle of the pack is a reason not to like her.
she's certainly a good enough driver to be in the pack week after week, and better than at least half the drivers out there.
and whether you like it or not, the fact that she is a woman is a big deal so the media attention makes sense.
she's good for the sport as she brings in spectators and bridges the gender gap.
and why can't a woman look good in a bikini without being labelled "sexy?" being cute and in shape means she's healthy, not a stripper or a bimbo slut.
