RIP George James
This one comes as a shocker. What a great guy. Great family. Too young to be taken from us. RIP George.

Heard this news yesterday, and was totally shocked. Sounds like he had a heart attack, and collapsed. So sad. I enjoyed talking to George and his son Patrick, who I raced against several times. The whole family was fun to be around. He'll be missed.

I just heard the news. Terrible. I raced against George and then swapped stories and lies afterwards at many a race weekend. Suzanne could be counted on to help out in the pits Son Patrick was racing the cayman mixing it up with is too. George was the patriarch of a great family. After retiring from racing a couple of years back, he would always stop by in the paddock to say hello. Sad news for sure.

This is really sad. I didn't know George well, but also knew him from racing--remember talking with him at VIR. Sorry to hear.

Terribly sad news! Gone too soon. Condolences to his family. First met George consulting at our DSL startup in 2000 with his beautiful orange 911 T.
